01The agreement

These terms are between you and SmartSudio (“we”) and cover your use of CleanVault. By installing or using the app you accept them. Google Play’s own terms apply as well.

02What you may do

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use CleanVault on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes. You may not resell the app, remove its notices, or use it to break the law.

03The free version and Pro

The free version scans your library and shows every result. Each day it lets you delete or hide 30 items from Tidy and 50 in Swipe, and its private space holds 50 files. Pro removes the daily limits and the file limit (your phone’s storage still applies) and unlocks video compression.

• Yearly subscription. Billed once a year through your Google Play account. Where Google Play offers it, a first-time subscriber gets a 3-day free trial; if it is not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the yearly price is charged.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each year at the price shown in Google Play until you cancel it.
• Cancelling. Cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Lifetime. A one-time purchase with no renewal, tied to your Google Play account.
• Refunds. Purchases are made with Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play’s policy.

Prices are the ones Google Play shows you at the time of purchase and may differ by country. Use “Restore Purchases” to get Pro back on a new device signed in to the same account. We may change what the free version includes; a change never removes files already in your private space.

04Deleting is your decision

CleanVault suggests; you decide. Nothing is deleted until you confirm it in the basket. Suggestions such as “similar” groups or the photo to keep come from an image model and can be wrong, so look before you confirm. Where your phone has a system trash, deleted items go there first, for as long as your phone keeps them; where it has none, deletion is final.

05We cannot recover your private space

The private space is protected by keys that only your devices hold. We keep no copy. If you lose your PIN and every recovery option, including your recovery code, its contents cannot be opened again, by you or by us. Keep the recovery code somewhere safe, and keep a backup.

06Your content is your responsibility

What you keep, hide, delete or back up with CleanVault is chosen by you alone, and we cannot see it. Do not use the app to store anything that is illegal where you live.

07No warranty

CleanVault is provided as it is. We work to make it reliable and safe, but we do not promise that it is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. Rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded are not affected.

08Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

09Changes and contact

We may update the app and these terms. The current terms are always on this page, with their date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. Questions: devgame11@gmail.com
