01Agreement and provider

These terms cover SmartBrowser, provided under the SmartSudio brand. By using the app you agree to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. Contact: devgame11@gmail.com.

Use SmartBrowser only for lawful purposes, on devices you own or are authorised to use. You receive a personal licence to use the app, not ownership of third-party websites, videos or other content.

02Browsing, content and downloads

Websites, search results, news and embedded videos come from third parties. Availability, accuracy, region restrictions and playback permissions are controlled in part by those providers; a feed item is not an endorsement or a promise that it will always play.

The app can save compatible files made available by supported websites. Only download, keep or share material you have permission to use and follow each source’s terms. SmartBrowser does not currently offer YouTube video downloads and does not grant rights to bypass a provider’s restrictions.

SmartBrowser is independent, not an official Google or YouTube product. YouTube use is also subject to YouTube Terms of Service; other providers have their own rules.

03The free version and Pro

The free version includes browsing, online content and a local vault for up to 100 files, with ads in permitted app surfaces. Pro removes SmartBrowser’s own ads and the vault file-count limit. It does not add device storage or remove advertising on third-party websites or players.

Approved US reference plans are USD29.99 per year, with a three-day trial only where the store offers it and the user is eligible, and USD59.99 for a one-time lifetime purchase. Availability, local currency, taxes, offers and the price shown in the store’s checkout take precedence; these reference prices are not a charge made by this website.

04Billing, renewal and cancellation

• The yearly plan is an auto-renewing subscription. If you accept an eligible trial, billing starts at the store-disclosed price when the trial ends unless you cancel in time. Follow the deadline and terms shown in Google Play.
• Manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play. Removing SmartBrowser or deleting a vault does not cancel billing. After cancellation, access is determined by the store’s current entitlement and paid-through period.
• The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, not a renewing subscription. It unlocks the current Pro entitlement while the product and a valid store entitlement remain available; it is not a guarantee that an online content service will operate forever.
• Refunds and purchase disputes follow the store’s policies and applicable law. Restore purchases with the store account used to buy. Never send passwords or full payment details to support.

05Local files and recovery

You control the files you keep, export, back up or transfer. Vault files are encrypted on your device; ordinary browsing and files stored outside the vault are separate. Keep a backup and protect your PIN and recovery information.

We do not hold your vault keys through the content service and cannot unlock a vault for you. The device may offer recovery options, but losing every usable recovery method can make files unrecoverable. Do not rely on app removal or device replacement as a backup strategy.

06Reports, feedback and responsible use

Reports go to SmartSudio’s private feed-review queue, not to YouTube or another publisher. A receipt means received, not that the source will be removed. Send accurate reports and do not submit unlawful material, abusive messages or private credentials.

We may maintain or change feed sources and take measures to protect the app and services from abuse. A change to third-party availability does not transfer ownership of that content to us. If you believe your rights are affected, contact devgame11@gmail.com with a public content reference and the reason.

07Availability and your rights

We work to keep the app usable, but websites, media formats, networks, stores and operating systems change. Downloads or playback can fail, and maintenance or provider outages can interrupt online features. Check important results and keep your own backups.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every use. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
